How long will my order take to arrive?

Our orders are dispatched the next working day if ordered by 10PM and should arrive within 1 working day. Your order will be posted via Royal Mail 1st class signed for.

If I'm unsatisfied with my order can I return it?

Yes, of course you can return or exchange your order if you are not completely happy with your order. We offer hassle free no questions asked returns.

I don't know what my exact hair colour is and what extensions to buy?

Please get in touch with our team and we will be able to assist you with picking out the appropriate colour and length for your order.

What types of hair extensions are available?

We currently offer full head straight hair extensions for a variety of colours. We are focusing on expanding our stock regularly to cover an even larger range of products.
